Q: I don't have a PayPal account & don't want to sign up for one, how can I check out?

A: You don't need to sign up for a PayPal account. Just click Check Out As A Guest option and you will be given the option to pay be MC, Visa or Amex.

Q: How can I get a notification for when my size is back in stock?

A: If your size has a cross through the size box, you can click on it and then enter your email address to receive a notification when it is back in stock. Please note that this does not mean that we are holding that size for you, so you'll need to be prompt with your order before it sells out again.

Payments

Q: What payment methods do we accept?

A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover card via PayPal, which is a safe and secure system. Don't worry if you don't have a PayPal account, as you have the option to checkout with PayPal as a guest, so you don't have to go through the process of creating a PayPal account. 

We can also accept Visa and Mastercard Credit Card payments (only) over the phone.  Please contact us on (+61) 469 095 866 to pay for your order with your credit card over the phone.  We will need the following details when you check-out by phone: your full name, street address, credit card number and expiry date, 3 digit CCV number, style description and size you want.

Bank deposit / transfer for Australian customers (only).  You will be given this option and Gramercy Couture's bank deposit details at checkout so that you may either make an online transfer or deposit at any Westpac branch.  Please make sure to reference your name and order number when making your deposit so that we can match your deposit with your order (as the bank does not give the names of the payee unless you reference your name or order number).  Please note that your order will not be shipped until your bank deposit is confirmed and matched with your order.
