Q: I've got 2 Popular Collection items in my cart, why is it still showing the full price?

A: Once you click check on the 'I Agree With The Terms & Conditions' box, then click on the pink CHECKOUT button, it will then calculate your discount for the 2 Outlet Collection items on the following page.

Q: What are your shipping charges and how long will it take?

A: GRAMERCY COUTURE has the most competitive pricing that is below your R.R.P for all your in-trend, in-season styles so you don't have to wait for the sales with us, ever! So I do need to charge for shipping since my profit margin is below the R.R.P.  Shipping is charged by the total weight of your order and times will vary depending on your location and country. Your shipping rate is calculated during check out. Please note that GRAMERCY COUTURE takes up 24 hours to have your order ready for dispatch. The delivery times are a general indication from the time Australia Post has your package and if you are ordering outside of Australia, it is also dependent of your country's customs clearance time.

Q: Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

A: There is no refund but you can exchange for another item in-store at your own postage cost. GRAMERCY COUTURE delivers many limited editions so most styles sell out fast and will likely not be available again once sold out. Please do read the item description carefully to gauge the correct sizing for you as it will mention weather it is a smaller or larger cut style and take into consideration your height as well as bust size, which sometimes can make a difference to your usual size for a particular style. Q: I don't have a PayPal account & don't want to sign up for one, how can I check out?

A: You don't need to sign up for a PayPal account. Just click "Check Out As A Guest" option and you will be given the option to pay be MC, Visa or Amex.

Q: If a style is sold out, will you get more in soon?

A: All GRAMERCY COUTURE's styles are limited, so if you see it, like it, buy it now so you don't miss out because once it's sold out, it's gone!

Payments

Q: What payment methods do we accept?

A: GRAMERCY COUTURE accepts Afterpay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover card via PayPal, which is a safe and secure system. Don't worry if you don't have a PayPal account, as you have the option to checkout with PayPal as a guest, so you don't have to go through the process of creating a PayPal account. 

I can also accept Visa and Mastercard Credit Card payments (only) over the phone.  Please contact us on (+61) 469 095 866 to pay for your order with your credit card over the phone if you wish.  We will need the following details when you check-out by phone: your full name, street address (for delivery purposes), credit card number and expiry date, 3 digit CCV number, style description and size you want. Your credit card details will not be recorded for privacy purposes.
