Shipping Info

• Standard shipping for all New Zealand / international orders, we use standard Australia Post International Airmail service. Most city locations will take 7-14 day depending on your country's customs clearance times, remote locations outside of the city metropolitan areas may take longer. You can track your orders by going to www.austpost.com.au/track and enter your tracking number supplied to you once your order is shipped.

Delivery Information

When estimating the delivery time of your goods please consider the following;

• Order processing will not commence until payment is confirmed (normally within 1 hour) in Australian Dollars (AUD).

• Orders which are placed over a N.S.W Public Holiday will not be processed until the next business day. (Please check N.S.W public holiday dates below)

• Please note when completing your order form to include a valid & correct P.O Box or STREET ADDRESS including Street Number and apartment number if applicable, Suburb, Postcode and Phone Number. Orders cannot be processed without this information, and Gramercy Couture will not be held responsible for any delays incurred because of this missing or incorrect data.

• Please be sure to provide an address that WILL be attended when delivery occurs. In the event of the shipping address being unattended, Australia Post has the right to leave the parcel at the delivery address. In the best interest and safety of your order – please consider sending your parcel to a location that is occupied between the working hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

Privacy and Security

Gramercy Couture online recognise and agree that the privacy of all personal information is important to individuals. All personal information collected to process and fulfill your order is to be minimal, private, correct, safe and most importantly in the control of the individual. We use PayPay payments, so the security of your card is protected by PayPal and we do not see these details at all. We do not share any of your information with any third parties. All information collected for Gramercy Couture such as name, address, email and phone number is for the sole purpose and use of Gramercy Couture to dispatch your item.

At Gramercy Couture we understand that your security is important to you that is why we only use PayPal checkout, which is the safest most secure way for your all your online shopping. When you use PayPal checkout, your credit card information is never shared or shown to Gramercy Couture or any other entities online, making your credit card details safe and secure.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover card via PayPal. Don't worry if you don't have a PayPal account, as you have the option to checkout with PayPal as a guest, so you don't have to go through the process of creating a PayPal account.
