The delivery times are a general indication from the time Australia Post has your package and if you are ordering outside of Australia, it is also dependent of your country's customs clearance time.
We offer free shipping on orders over $100 Australia-wide. For orders less than $100, there is a $12 flat-rate shipping fee. We use Australia Post standard service which takes 2-5 days from the time Australia Post has your package.
Shipping is FREE on orders OVER $100+ within Australia only.
Shipping to New Zealand is $35 AUD for up to 5kg with Australia Post Air Economy and includes tracking. Delivery will take up to 4-10 days, depending on whether you are located in a metro or regional area. It will also depend on how fast New Zealand's customs clearance works in order to clear your item.
All other International shipping is charged by the total weight of your order in AUD$. Shipping rates and times will vary depending on your location and country. International shipping cost is calculated at checkout. The delivery times are a general indication from the time Australia Post has your package taking into consideration that there are no other delays on Australia Post's end. If you are ordering from outside of Australia, it is also dependent on your country's customs clearance times.
For all Australia-wide shipping, we use standard Australia Post service. You can track your orders by going to Australia Post website, enter your tracking number supplied to you once your order is shipped. Most metro locations will take 2-4 business days, remote locations may take up to 3-5 business days.
*International orders, we use Australia Post International Economy Air. Please be aware that when making a purchase from overseas, you may be required to pay duties and taxes on the parcel upon delivery into your country of residence. When estimating the delivery time of your goods please consider the following;
• Order processing will not commence until payment is confirmed (normally within 2-4 hours if your order is placed during business hours) in Australian Dollars (AUD).
• Orders which are placed over a N.S.W Public Holiday will not be processed until the next business day. (Please check N.S.W public holiday dates below)
• Please note when completing your order form to include a valid & correct P.O Box or STREET ADDRESS including Street Number and apartment number if applicable, Suburb, Postcode and Phone Number. Orders cannot be processed without this information, and Gramercy Couture will not be held responsible for any delays incurred because of this missing or incorrect data.
• Please be sure to provide an address that WILL be attended when delivery occurs. In the event of the shipping address being unattended, Australia Post has the right to leave the parcel at the delivery address. In the best interest and safety of your order – please consider sending your parcel to a location that is occupied between the working hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
