FAQ’s

Q: What are your shipping charges and how long will it take?

A: Please note that GRAMERCY COUTURE takes up 24 hours to have your order ready for dispatch. The delivery times are a general indication from the time Australia Post has your package and if you are ordering outside of Australia, it is also dependent of your country's customs clearance time.

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 Australia-wide. For orders less than $100, there is a $12 flat-rate shipping fee.  We use Australia Post standard service which takes 2-5 days from the time Australia Post has your package.

Q: Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

A: We offer a store credit on full priced items only. No cash refunds are offered. 

There is no return or store credit/refund given on any SALE items and all sale items are final sale.

There is no return on personal items like underwear, jewellery, swimwear by law for personal hygiene reasons.

Please note that store credits will only be given on the cost of the item, less the shipping fee, so the shipping cost will not be credited if you paid for shipping, as the shipping service was already used.

We can accept exchanges (on full priced items) if you wish to make an exchange for any other item available on our online store, GRAMERCY COUTURE.

To make an exchange, please email us firstly at customerservice@gramercycouture.com with the following information;

  1. Your full name
  2. Your order number
  3. Item name (listed on your order)

We will then reply back to you with an address for the return. You (the buyer) are responsible for the cost of shipping of the item back to us and a tracking number must be provided to us. 

Once your item has been received by us, we can then process your store credit online which you can then use to place a NEW order on our online shop.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original condition. You’ll also need the order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Q: If a style is sold out, will you get more in soon?

A: All GRAMERCY COUTURE's styles are limited, so if you see it, like it, buy it now so you don't miss out because once it's sold out, it's gone!

Q: What payment methods do we accept?

A: GRAMERCY COUTURE accepts Afterpay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.

Privacy and Security

Gramercy Couture online recognise and agree that the privacy of all personal information is important to individuals. All personal information collected to process and fulfill your order is to be minimal, private, correct, safe and most importantly in the control of the individual. We use PayPal payments, so the security of your card is protected by PayPal and we do not see these details at all. We do not share any of your information with any third parties. All information collected for Gramercy Couture such as name, address, email and phone number is for the sole purpose and use of Gramercy Couture to dispatch your item.
