The cost of return shipping will be at the customer's expense and will not be refunded or added onto your credit note. Returned items not received or lost in transit will not be issued a refund or credit note or replacement, so please be sure to return your item using a tracking service.
Please email email@example.com within 7 days from the confirmed date of delivery for any returns on full priced items. The item/s must then be forwarded to Gramercy Couture at the buyers expense. Please include a pre-paid satchel along with your returned item, for the postage of the exchanged item as we do not deliver free on exchanged items.
Please allow at least 5 days from the date of return for either a store credit or refund to be processed, or your new item to be sent out. In the event of a store credit or exchange you, the customer, is responsible for the shipping and handling charges associated with returns. All returned goods must be received first before Gramercy Couture can process/approve any exchanges, refunds or store credits.
Exchange returns will only be accepted if the item is still in perfect condition, fit for resale, and sent along with original invoice. Any returns must be sent in new and unused condition – with all tags attached.
