Returns & Exchanges

FULL PRICED items only: As we are still starting up, we will happily exchange, refund or give a credit note on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of receipt of delivery (that is from the date that your package is confirmed delivered to your address by Australia Post)  Buyer is responsible for both the cost of return shipping & re-delivery of the new exchanged item.  Please be sure to use a service that has tracking as Gramercy Couture will not be responsible for any lost packages in transit, so if we do not receive your package, we can not apply your refund.  Refund is on the full-price amount of item only. Any additional shipping costs will not be refunded. Items purchased with a promotional discount code is not considered a FULL PRICED item and will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.  Item must be unworn, clean with all tags attached. Please email customerservice@gramercycouture.com within 7 days.
ALL SALE / Discounted items are final purchase and can not be exchanged or refunded.
Please note: By law, exchanges and store credits are not accepted on swimwear and jewellery due to health regulations.

The cost of return shipping will be at the customer's expense and will not be refunded or added onto your credit note. Returned items not received or lost in transit will not be issued a refund or credit note or replacement, so please be sure to return your item using a tracking service.

Please email  customerservice@gramercycouture.com within 7 days from the confirmed date of delivery for any returns on full priced items. The item/s must then be forwarded to Gramercy Couture at the buyers expense. Please include a pre-paid satchel along with your returned item, for the postage of the exchanged item as we do not deliver free on exchanged items.

Please allow at least 5 days from the date of return for either a store credit or refund to be processed, or your new item to be sent out. In the event of a store credit or exchange you, the customer, is responsible for the shipping and handling charges associated with returns. All returned goods must be received first before Gramercy Couture can process/approve any exchanges, refunds or store credits.

Exchange returns will only be accepted if the item is still in perfect condition, fit for resale, and sent along with original invoice. Any returns must be sent in new and unused condition – with all tags attached.
